I'll answer this on behalf of my wife who is one year younger than me but looks about 15 years younger. She attributes it to lifestyle and genes. Now when I say lifestyle, I do not mean healthy living from a nutrition or exercise point of view. Whilst she is a vegetarian, she scoffs chocolate and ice cream as if each time will be her last and won't go near a gym as she detests fitness. She does however, stay out of the sun and she rarely drinks alcohol. She consumes water by the gallon and sleeps like Rip Van Winkle. Allied to a very good metabolism, these four things she says are the reason for her amazing complexion. This was taken last week.
